    I find it interesting that Delta is investing in their product, seemingly having foresaw that consumers will be able to see they have a better product, and will pay some amount for it. Is this another reason AA is circling the drain? And perhaps this is the reason that most AA employees hate AA and their customers--it must be embarrassing to know you're offering such a inferior product to an airline that you once competed with, and instead your comparables are Spirit/Frontier/Allegiant in soft/hard product.
