    Utah is that way. There is no criminal penalty for carrying a firearm anyplace open to the public (with the usual exceptions for Federal property), even if they post a sign. But a business owner can ask you to leave and failure to comply at that point, you're trespassing. Suits me, because I believe that all transactions should be voluntary and mutually consensual.
